From Pot to Plate...
Organic, Seasonal and Sustainable are words heard a lot lately yet that is what we have here at Durn House with our own small but developing herb, fruit, and vegetable garden.
Our 'secret' kitchen garden is tucked away behind the granite and stone walls of Durn House where we have raised beds and borders including herbs, fruits, vegetables and salads ready to adorn our guests plates.
Our head chef Paul is in charge of proceedings and is looking to expand the range of produce over time.
So from our herb butters to our Rhubarb cake come and taste our...'Pot to Plate' surprises here at Durn House.
