OUR Chef’s….

Award  winning Head Chef Gordon McCormick and Sous Chef Will Hay invite you to join us for amazing food experiences. Gordon comes to Durn House having worked at the stunning Skibo Castle, Ullinish Country Lodge, Head Chef at Craigellachie Hotel and various high profile Rosette establishments bringing with him stunning dishes and flavours to enjoy. Will has worked with some of the most famous chefs in the UK including Gordon Ramsay, Heston Blumenthal and Gary Rhodes as well as a spell at the famous Michelin Star Noma Restaurant and brings a creative streak to Durn House. Having worked together before, they are now back together working as a team delivering exceptional flavours, natural style, using seasonal produce from specific suppliers and our own garden.
